#Alternative Force Shutdown Method
If device remains unresponsive after 10-secondpower button hold, force shutdown as follows:
1.Locate the reset hole on the back of the device.
2.Use a slender, rigid tool to insert into the reset hole on theback of the device.
3.Gently press the reset hole once to force shutdown.
Note: This operation will cause unsaved data to be lost.
